Morning of Day 3

Good morning everyone. Last night was rough...fell asleep around 11 which was great but had nightmares:( those were pretty bad so i woke up twice from those...umm I'm very very sore i could barely stand up this morning haha that's to be expected though. Therapies look normal for today, nice and hard:) Well that's really all i have for my morning post so cya:)
